What is the Robert Allen Institute?
The Robert Allen Institute is the training body that educates real estate entrepreneurs on how to invest profitably in real estate of all types, including foreclosures. The Robert Allen Institute’s core program is the one you are enrolled in—the three-day training event.

What kind of certification will I be receiving?
At the conclusion of your three-day training event, you will receive the designation of Certified Real Estate Specialist. This certifies that you have been properly educated and equipped to handle a variety of real estate transactions. Because it can help build your credibility, feel free to include this designation on your business cards, letters, and other correspondence.

How long does my certification last?
Your designation as a Certified Real Estate Specialist does not expire. It represents the training, tools, systems, and support that the Robert Allen Institute provides to you on an ongoing basis.

When do I get my materials?
Your training materials are extensive and will be handed out throughout your three-day program. We have found that students get the most out of these materials when they are used in conjunction with the training. Therefore, you will become familiar with your resource and training materials during the class and learn how best to use them to accomplish your real estate investment goals.

What do I get for my tuition investment?
You’re entering a career and receiving an opportunity to earn a tremendous amount of money for the rest of your life, so the potential return on your tuition investment is unlimited. Do I need a computer to do this?
No. A computer can be a great tool for this business, providing efficiency and easier access to information, but it is not required to be successful in real estate.

Can I operate my real estate business anywhere?
Yes. You can use these investment strategies anywhere in the country and even in Canada. No matter how large or small your community, you will find plenty of profitable opportunities available to you. We’ll show you how.

What kind of demand will there be for my services?
There is a huge need for self-employed real estate professionals who are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools you’ll possess after your training. Your services will help homeowners who can’t sell their house in a customary manner because of lack of time, impending foreclosure, or lack of equity. With your specialized knowledge, you’ll also be able to put people who can’t qualify for traditional financing in houses—those who won’t realize the American dream of owning their own home without your help.

How will I find deals?
Finding deals is the fun part—but it can also be hard work. However, the training you attend will make it easier because we primarily focus on how to find the deals, where to find the deals, and how to profit from the deals. The training will also focus on the methods available for marketing your services. The marketing strategies are fine-tuned for you to make deal hunting more cost-effective and less time-consuming. The marketing strategies discussed include both mainstream and innovative techniques you can use with newspapers, signs, the Internet, marketing lists, courthouse records, and much more.

Do I have to bring any study supplies to the training?
No. You will be provided with everything you need at your training.

How do I brush up on my training?
In an effort to reinforce the curriculum of your initial training and provide an environment to talk through new strategies with fellow graduates and Instructors, we created the Financial Power Summit. How many people will be training with me?
Our class sizes vary, but most classes range from 30 to 40 students. There are plenty of opportunities for student interaction and networking during training. Regardless of class size, Instructors are willing to consult personally with students on a one-on-one basis. And, of course, there will be ongoing support from the organization once you graduate.

What should I wear to the training?
Instructors dress in professional business attire. You should dress in business casual or smart casual clothing. For your comfort, you might want to dress in layers or bring a sweater, as temperatures in the room tend to be a little cool.
