Your designation as a Certified Real Estate Specialist does not expire. It represents the training, tools, and support that the Robert Allen Institute provides to you on an ongoing basis.

Your materials are extensive and will be handed out throughout your three-day training. We have found that students get the most out of these materials when they are used in conjunction with the training. Therefore, you will become familiar with your resource and training materials during the class and will learn how best to use them to accomplish your real estate investment goals.
