Alex Grist earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the
University of Central Florida and earned graduate degrees in international relations,
political science, and public administration.
|
He began his career as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Michigan, then accepted
a faculty position in national security affairs with the Department of Defense at
the Air War College. After returning to Florida, Alex became the education director
for the Florida Real Estate Commission and Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board,
managing their licensing education programs and developing their state licensing
examinations. The next step in his career was as director of Real Estate Education
for Bert Rodgers Schools in Sarasota, Fla. Alex joined the Robert Allen Institute
in August 2002. His primary responsibilities included developing the Creating Wealth
with Real Estate®
course and accompanying course materials. Alex is a full-time real estate investor
specializing in residential properties.

Angela Worley Angela has a degree in international business, graduating
summa cum laude from Central Washington University. Her expertise is in managing
small businesses, primarily in health care, finance, and real estate.
|
Throughout her professional career she has co-owned an orchard, health club, several
rental properties, managed an oral surgery practice, and is currently helping families
obtain home financing at a small financial institution. Angela has been in the cash
flow industry since 1991 and is a member of the Million Dollar Club with American
Cash Flow Association. She lives on a small lake and loves being in nature, jogging,
kayaking, and hiking. She is the mother of two beautiful, intelligent, capable daughters
and Nana to three adorable grandchildren.

Arcadio Diaz Jr. earned a Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration
from Bloomfield College and earned a Masters degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments
from New York University (NYU). He served in the United States Air Force and the
United States Air National Guard receiving honorable discharges from both branches.

Arcadio began his Real Estate investment career in 1995 in NJ. He has served as
a sales associate, mortgage broker, and a real estate portfolio manager, during
which he was responsible for the productivity of a $300 million multifamily portfolio.
He also founded and operated, Divera Management Group, a real estate investment/consulting
company. Arcadio relocated to Florida in 2003’ and has since founded Richport Homes,
LLC (www.RICHPORTHOMES.COM ) and Richport Holdings, Inc. (www.RICHPORTHOLDINGS.COM).

Eddie Hasan is a majority partner of Florida USA, LLC; Florida USA Realty;
and Florida USA Funding.
|
He is an active real estate investor and licensed real estate and mortgage broker.
During his 10-plus years of experience, Eddie has acquired numerous properties using
nontraditional real estate acquisition techniques, focusing on distressed, pre-foreclosure,
foreclosure, divorce, government, and REO properties. He has trained real estate
investors throughout the United States and provided market analysis for a wide array
of properties.

Eric Brown serves as the sales and acquisitions leader for The Real Estate
Store of Florida and Coast to Coast Investments, where his management responsibilities
include the marketing of all in-house listings, buying, selling, and renovating. |
Prior to joining The Real Estate Store, Eric worked on a national sales crew for
Global Network in Del Mar, Calif., selling real estate and investment products.
Eric was promoted to Success Coach and worked in seminar development and production,
where he achieved Success Coach of the Year. Before joining Global Network, Eric
was enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He is a veteran of the Gulf War and was awarded the
Navy Achievement, Battle E, Meritorious Service, and Gulf War Commendation medals.

Eric Stevens attended Oklahoma State University and the University of Central
Oklahoma, where he studied sociology and psychology.
|
In 1993, Eric began his career in real estate. His initial goal was to buy and hold
rental property. However, over the years, this has evolved to include the rehabilitation
of homes, the development of raw land, and the building of new homes as well as
multifamily dwellings. Eric’s community involvement has included serving as city
councilman and vice mayor of the city of Warr Acres, and teaching a junior-high
boys’ Bible study. Eric loves to spend his free time with his wife and children,
attending the University of Oklahoma football games and New Orleans/Oklahoma City
Hornets basketball games with his oldest son, and traveling.

Howard Haller purchased his first property when he was 22 years old at a
discount of 40 percent.
|
He became a student of Robert Allen’s Nothing Down system in 1980, and he has continued
to use the proven principles to invest in residential and commercial real estate.
Howard invested in real estate part time throughout the ‘80s, and also served as
the senior vice president of real estate for United Artists and then senior vice
president of real estate for Telecommunications, Inc. He managed and developed over
$2 billion worth of real estate. In 1991, Howard became a full-time investor. He
holds a broker’s license in California and Washington, as well as an Engineering
Contractor License and General Building Contractor License in California. Howard
recently completed his Ph.D. in leadership studies at Gonzaga University.

Hugh Zaretsky has been successful in both his real estate investing career
and his corporate career.
|
He has over 10 years of corporate experience leading and managing technology teams.
During his career, Hugh was involved in many corporate real estate transactions,
from building out new office locations to shutting down or moving companies that
his company acquired. Hugh also negotiated many contracts to help reduce costs both
on a regional level as well as on a global level. All of these corporate experiences
helped prepare Hugh to be a successful real estate investor. He began investing
in real estate during his corporate career and was one of the founding members of
Royal Empire Investments (REI). REI invests in properties throughout the United
States as well as internationally. In 2005, Hugh graduated from the Robert Allen
Institute. He has experience investing in all types of real estate, from single-family
homes and condos to the latest investment trend — condotels. Hugh now enjoys the
financial freedom that investing in real estate has given to him by spending more
time with his family and friends.

Ian Patterson earned his undergraduate degree in communications from the
University of Central Florida and earned his real estate broker and sales associates
licenses from the Institute of Florida Real Estate Careers.
|
He began his career working in television at WCPX Channel 6 News, but quickly learned
that real estate was his calling. He began working as a REALTOR® specializing in
selling foreclosed homes owned by the Department of Housing and Urban Development
and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Ian was recognized by HUD as a top 5 sales
agent in 1995. He continued his specialization with foreclosures by working with
investors in locating, remodeling, and selling foreclosed properties. He went on
to earn his mortgage broker’s license from the Florida Mortgage Broker School and
also continued his real estate career as a sales associate specializing in foreclosures,
remodeling homes as an investor, and originating mortgages. He is an aggressive
investor who utilizes different techniques to locate properties to buy, fix, and
sell. In recent years, Ian has been speaking and teaching first-time home buyers
and mortgage brokers while continuing his real estate career. Ian is a former football
player who loves sports, working out, and reading to his children. |

Jason Jones earned his degree in business and finance in England.
|
Following graduation, he set out to pursue a career as a manager for the Abbey National
Bank in England. Jason graduated from the Creating Wealth with Real Estate®
training and has devoted his life to real estate. He started his investing with
no money and no credit, and quickly turned around and bought and sold over 360 properties.
He focuses on pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, new construction, and apartment buildings.
His real estate profits are in the millions. Today Jason continues his investing
and presides over an investment club in Los Angeles and another in Las Vegas. |

Jennifer Matlock - career in real estate by purchasing, properties, rehabbing,
and renting distressed properties while teaching high school. |
In 2002 she relocated to Florida to invest in real estate full time. She got her
real estate license and began investing in Florida, continuing her investments in
Texas, Iowa, and Illinois. After working at the Robert Allen Institute® office in
Orlando, she was asked to join the instructing team. Prior to real estate, Jen worked
for years in the hospitality industry. She earned her B.A. in social science from
Upper Iowa University and continued her education studying counseling at University
of Northern Iowa. Today, Jen focuses on the foreclosure and probate markets, rehabbing
distressed properties on the east coast of Florida.

Jerry Green After serving in the U.S. Air Force and the Air National Guard
and spending eight years in the electrical contracting field, Jerry started his
career in real estate investing.
|
That was over 12 years ago. Since then, Jerry has purchased over 250 real estate
investment deals and has trained thousands of individuals across the country on
how to start their investment careers. He now runs a full-time investment and educational
company, where he puts into practice his belief that helping others is the key to
success.

Joe Varnadore is a real estate investor, mortgage broker, cash flow specialist,
and entrepreneur. |
At the age of 19, he purchased his first piece of real estate. Since then, Joe has
started and sold numerous businesses and truly believes in creating multiple streams
of income. Joe has his real estate and mortgage broker licenses and has been buying
and selling real estate and debt instruments for many years. He is a published author
and an experienced real estate, debt instrument, and small-business development
consultant and lecturer.

John Jamieson is a full-time investor and agent who began his career after
attending a Robert Allen seminar.
|
He started with no money, no job, and no credit, and has since purchased more than
$10 million worth of real estate. As an agent, he has more than $50 million worth
of transactions. John specializes in foreclosures and buying homes with no cash
down. He is a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club and the Platinum Club and is a former
sales trainer with Century 21.

Judy Ludwick (Member Advisor) entered the real estate field
by purchasing residential properties, remodeling them, and returning them to the
market.

Before long, she pursued a full-time career in real estate, beginning with the real
estate pre-licensing course at Central Florida Real Estate School and post-licensing
course at Climer Real Estate School. Judy is now an experienced REALTOR®, transaction
agent, and title agent closer.

Liz Bond (Member Advisor) Liz has been in real estate since
1982. She started by purchasing a fixer-upper and living in it while doing all the
repairs herself.
|
In 1983 she earned her REALTOR® designation, and then went on to earn her broker
license and GRI designation. Liz has taught numerous classes on the “how-tos of
rehabs” and has written educational real estate materials. Since becoming a member
of the Robert Allen family, Liz has mentored numerous students in their successful
real estate investment career endeavors.

Michael Acord Michael has an extensive and successful career as a real estate
investor.
|
He started his career in 1989 and has been involved in such creative investment
techniques as seller financing, lease purchase, options, wholesaling, rehabbing
homes, assigning contracts, discounted note purchases, paper cranks, mobile home
rehabbing, and mobile home financing. Michael obtained his Utah real estate license
in 1992 and his passion in real estate is the chase. Since April of 2001, Michael
has purchased, rehabbed, and sold mobile homes and associated notes. He is the former
owner of National Note of Virginia and Creative Real Estate Solutions, Inc. He is
currently the president of CEBA Realty PC and chairman of CEBA Acquisitions. As
a real estate coach and mentor, Michael has successfully coached over 4,000 individuals
on a national basis.

Mike Huska Mike has been self-employed for all but five years of his professional
career.
|
His first business was a family restaurant, and he has since owned and operated
an executive employment agency and a wholesale product company. During all of his
various business ventures, Mike has always bought and sold investment properties,
his first being a Nothing Down deal on a three-unit apartment building at the age
of 18. Mike was a 2004 graduate of the Robert Allen Institute, and in the first
year after graduation he purchased numerous investment properties. In January 2005,
Mike decided to invest in real estate full time and dissolved his other companies
— giving him the financial freedom he enjoys and the time he needs to help raise
his family of six.

Ray Sands Ray earned his bachelor’s degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy
and later pursued graduate studies through the Boston University overseas program
while living in Europe. |
As a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, he served as a Weapons Systems
Officer in the Phantom RF4-C aircraft, logging over 1,700 flying hours. After a
distinguished military career, Ray pursued private business, first as a Series 7
licensed securities broker in the retail and commercial financial markets. To complement
his financial background, Ray pursued his real estate interests, first as a REALTOR®
and then as a state-registered commercial real estate appraiser and real estate
investor. In 1992, Ray began teaching and speaking at different real estate seminars
throughout the country, covering topics such as appraising, short sale negotiating,
successful cold-calling, and buying and selling distressed residential properties.

Rob Lett earned his B.S. in computer information systems from Athens State
University, and earned an associate degree in industrial electronics.
|
He began his career as a quality analyst before going full time in real estate in
July 2000. Rob was a speaker liaison for the largest real estate investment group
in the United States and eventually became a speaker himself. He has bought dozens
of homes without the use of banks, and after having volunteered to teach a “help
night” on the subject of marketing, he became a sought-after speaker to also teach
negotiations and real estate investment techniques. Radio station WAOK later interviewed
him on the subject of how lease options can make a difference in an investor’s portfolio.
Rob won first place in a speech contest hosted by Toastmasters and has taught continuing
education courses to real estate agents.

Stephen Libman entered the family travel business in 1979 and moved through
the ranks until becoming president and chief operating officer of one of Canada's
largest independent travel management companies.
|
Believing strongly in multiple streams of income, Steve
developed other business interests, including real estate investing. He was first
introduced to Robert Allen's strategies after receiving the book Nothing Down for
the 90s from a friend who had already created a sizable real estate investing business
by following those same guidelines. Steve began successfully applying those principals
in both Canada and the United States and continues to be an active investor, instructor,
and consultant. Steve lives in Montreal with his wife and four children.

Ted Watkins purchased his first property at the age of 19 with no money
down.
|
He has continued investing and enjoyed the excitement of deal-making throughout
his corporate career, which began at Household Finance. He later accepted a position
with McCrory’s Corporation, where he was appointed president/CEO. Over the years,
the personal and financial reward of buying and selling investment properties was
so gratifying, Ted decided to invest in real estate full time to enjoy the financial
freedom and time it allows him to spend with his family.

Troy Peterson bought his first property with no money down in 1994, and
has since worked a large variety of deals, ranging from simple single-family transactions
to large commercial developments.
|
Troy is a real estate investor and a licensed real estate broker who originally
started his career in the pre-foreclosure and foreclosure markets of Southern California.
He also managed properties for one of HUD’s management and marketing companies and
helped to oversee the acquisition and resale of thousands of HUD-owned properties
in several states across the country. Troy is now a full-time investor and trainer
who believes strongly in helping others reach their true potential. Troy joined
the Robert Allen Institute in 2003 as a mentor and has since helped coach hundreds
of RAI graduates as they started their successful careers as investors.

Wes Watson was born and raised in Lexington, Ky. He began his real estate
career while on active duty in the Marine Corps.
|
In 2001 he became a licensed REALTOR® in Southern California and served as a sales
agent, loan officer, and property manager for Priority One Realty in Vista, Calif.
After obtaining the rank of staff sergeant and 10 years of active duty, Wes decided
to enjoy a life of financial freedom and began real estate investing full time.
He now owns two real estate companies in Southern California and teaches fulfillment
courses for the Robert Allen Institute. He resides in Murrieta, Calif., with his
wife and three children.
